Introducing TMK MultiGrab M HD
What HD?
TMK MultiGrab M HD
TMK MultiGrab M HD is a new venture in the TMK Product line-up as we look to fulfill the wildest requests our customers can come up with. The abbreviation HD stands for Heavy Duty and is thus the Heavy Duty version of the original TMK MultiGrab M.

So what is it and why?
With this version we wanted to expand the use-cases of the original MultiGrab. While the original version is a diverse multi-tool that can handle a wide variety of jobsites, the HD-version is the “older brother” that is designed to handle continuous harsh work, without needing to worry about the equipment breaking down mid project.
What changed?
The most important changes are:
1. Overall thicker materials
Thanks to the thicker material, the HD-version is a lot more robust than the standard version.
2. Five tines instead of seven.
Even though we used thicker material in building the HD version, thanks to removing 2 tines, the overall weight of the HD-version actually decreased by 20kg when compared to the standard version. The smaller width also helps with reducing torsion forces simultaneously making the product stronger in the long run.
3. Replaceable wear teeth
A big difference to the standard version are the replaceable wear teeth. These small Hardox “shoes” make sure that the actual frame of the product stays protected & strong for a long time, while the wear teeth take on most of the damage.
4. Fixed grapple instead of the detachable version
This was a frequent request from our customers, to make a fixed version of the MultiGrab grapple arm - and here it is. Although this means no more attachments for the HD-version, the grapple arm can handle stress and torsion forces for a long time to come.
All of these changes were made together to ensure that the HD will last for a long time even when under a lot of stress & hard usage.
Who is it meant for?
The MultiGrab M HD is for the operators that need to get the job done, no matter how hard the project is, while having complete trust that the equipment will handle the harsh & continuous work.
Give me the short of it. What are the benefits of the new version?
Stronger materials - thicker hardox plates used overall for the frame and grapple)
More compact structure - resists torsions & heavy continuous use better
No removable grapple - less moving & wearable parts -> less maintenance
Replaceable wear teeth - longer product-life in harsh work-environments
Alright. When is it “better” than the normal MultiGrab?
Especially those customers who can recognise themselves from these next points will benefit greatly from the strength and durability of the HD-version.
Harsh & continuous working environments
When more power is needed and the larger width isn’t necessary
When attachments are not needed
Larger base machines
Need for the replaceable wear teeth
Some examples of the designed use-cases are: handling hard/heavy/large materials such as rocks, continuous raking of fields, heavy lifting.
