IMPORTANT: By using your TMK Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of the Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty as set forth below.
Thank you for your trust in the products and services of TMK.
This Limited Warranty applies to Physical Goods and only for the Physical Goods manufactured and originally sold by TMK Machinery Ltd.
This Limited Warranty applies to hardware products sold under the TMK brand and related accessories in their original form. Any deviations or modifications made to the product by an outside source will void this Limited Warranty immediately.
TMK Machinery Ltd warrants that the TMK Products shall be free of defects in Materials and Workmanship as follows:
Twelve (12) months for the main device and its accessories sold separately or included in the sales pack of the main device excluding batteries;
and Six (6) months for all batteries and spare parts sold separately, unless otherwise specified in the Product user guide;
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no repair or replacement will renew or extend the Warranty Period. Original or replacement parts or replacement TMK Products provided under this Warranty will be covered by this Warranty for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or for sixty (60) days from the date of repair or replacement, whichever is longer.
During the Warranty Period, Manufacturer will, in a reasonable time, remedy the Defect free of charge by either repairing or replacing the defective TMK Product or the defective part of it at its option provided that you have informed Manufacturer of the Defect before the Warranty Period expires, no modifications have been made and enough data has been provided on the defect. When repairing or replacing your TMK Product, Manufacturer may use new or re-conditioned parts or products.
Stop working immediately and contact your TMK representative and proceed only with their advice. Do not attempt to repair the fault without consultation, after this it might be impossible to state if it is within the Limited Warranty or not. TMK will always negotiate with the customer to find the best possible solution to repair the faulty TMK Product or part as conveniently as possible. Documentation and data (such as photos, videos and detailed description of the fault) along with the operating hours and working pressure of the product might be necessary to be able to claim the defect under the Limited Warranty.

This Limited Warranty does not cover any damage caused to anything else other than the TMK Product and no compensation for the time taken when the product is in repair or being replaced.
Furthermore this Limited warranty does not cover errors or damage caused by:
Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in Material or Workmanship
Operator error, accidental damage (e.g. falling debris), misuse or not using your TMK Product in accordance with the user guide
Natural wear and tear of parts, such as the spikes, pins and bolts, hydraulic hoses, O-rings and bearings.
Poor maintenance or unauthorized spare parts
This Limited Warranty is not valid:
If your TMK Product has been (i) modified or repaired without Manufacturer’s authorization, or (ii) repaired with unauthorized parts;
The TMK Product’s serial number has been removed, erased, defaced, altered or if these are illegible in any way
If you refuse to give possession to sufficient documentation or data to Manufacturer for investigation and repair.
If this Warranty does not cover your TMK Product or the issue based on which it requires service, Manufacturer reserves the right to charge for the repair or replacement of your TMK Product or its parts, as well as a handling fee.
TMK Machinery will accept the following labour costs only when warranty repairs are agreed beforehand with TMK. As a principal only the difficult warranty repairs and their associated costs will be paid for. If the assembly job of a warranty part / spare part can be done by the customer, only the cost of the part is accepted. Unless otherwise agreed prior to repair, transporting the TMK unit in question to dealers workshop for warranty repair shall be at customers own account & risk. Therefore TMK will not accept any travelling costs at warranty, or be held accountable to cover any damage caused to anything else other than the TMK Product itself and no compensation for the time taken when the product is in repair or being replaced.
When you register your TMK Machinery Product within 30 days of original date of purchase through our website, you can extend your warranty period by additional 12 months to cover a total of 24 months.
The warranty extension period covers the same possible defects in the material and workmanship as the original limited warranty implied in section 8 of this manual. Please note that within the extended 12 month period the natural wear and tear parts along with the hydraulic cylinders are not considered under the limited warranty.
