TMK Tree Shears are divided into three different product series that simply determine how the Tree Shear is connected to your base machine or its accessories: F-, H- and R-series.

TMK Tree Shears are divided into three different product series that simply determine how the Tree Shear is connected to your base machine or its accessories: F-, H- and R-series.
F-series (Fixed) means that the TMK Tree Shear is directly attached to your base machine with a suitable adapter plate without any extra rotators or hanging linkages
H-series (Hanging) means that the TMK Tree Shear is directly equipped with a hanging linkage to enable easy installation for different types of timber crane.
The R-series (Rotator) means that the TMK Tree Shear is directly equipped with a rotator to make the operation more agile in challenging environments
F-series
The F-series (Fixed mount) TMK Tree Shears are attached to your base machine by an adapter plate without any extra rotators or hanging linkages. F-series shears are suitable for excavators, mini loaders, skid steers, telehandlers, or even the front loader of a tractor to name a few. The strengths of the F-series shears are their simplicity and durability. If your base machine already has a tiltrotator or you don’t require your shear with a tilting or rotating feature, the F-series shear is the right choice for you. Simply make the suitable mount on the adapter plate and you’re good to go!
Attachments for F-series TMK Tree Shears
All of our most common attachments such as the Collector and Delimber are available for the F-series Tree Shears (excluding the TMK 150). The control options for these attachments are extensive and can be tailored to suit your needs and possibilities. Controlling our shears valve package can be done either with pressure diversion, standard electric wiring kit or with our innovative TMK Wireless Kit depending on the chosen setup.
For TMK 200 & TMK 300 models we have our TMK Hydraulic Extension that will transform your excavator into an even more versatile and efficient tool within the forest by providing an additional reach of up to 3 meters and mimicking the tilting movement of the bucket cylinder at the end of it. With these attributes the overall maintenance and handling of young forest becomes remarkably more easy and efficient.
With the TMK Forestry package you can turn your 14 tonne zero tail-swing excavator into a much more efficient tool within a young forest. With the extra reach of the TMK Hydraulic Extension Beam you have the ability to create and manage rows with a 20 meter distance from each other and this way create more optimal paths for forwarders and future forestry work.

H-series
The H-series (Hanging mount) TMK Tree Shears are equipped with a linkage to enable easy installation for different types of timber cranes. H-series shears are installed under a rotator and they use the same hydraulic circuit of the normal log grapple. The linkage enables smooth operation and access to the base of the trees even in unlevel terrain with a tilt angle of 165 degrees. The powerful cylinder in the tilt and the strong structure make sure that the handling of the cut tree and the felling and piling is controlled and efficient under the rotator. H-series shears are suitable for tractor cranes, forestry trailers, and forwarders to name a few.
Attachments for H-series TMK Tree Shears
Our most common attachments such as the Collector and Delimber are available for the H-series Tree Shears (excluding TMK 150). Up to 4 different functions: delimbing, cutting, collecting & vertical tilting can all be achieved using only one double-acting hydraulic circuit through the rotator with the help of our innovative TMK Wireless Kit and valve package.
An H-series Tree Shear equipped with just the Hanging linkage can be used without electricity with full pressure diversion.
Adapters for the H-series TMK Tree Shear
Attaching an H-series TMK Tree Shear is easy directly under a rotator with flange or pin adapter. Most common adapters for rotators (such as the FR & 173x series) are available directly through us. We can also provide you with a suitable rotator if necessary.

R-series
The R-series (Rotating mount) TMK Tree Shears are equipped with a rotator to make the operation more agile in challenging environments. Cutting down large branches or trees growing in unbalanced or steep ground becomes more efficient and easy with the help of the rotator. The R-series shears are suitable for excavators, mini loaders, skid steers, telehandlers, or even the front loader of a tractor to name a few. The strengths of the R-series shears are its agility and efficiency – if you require an agile shear with up to 360 degree rotation, the R-series shears are the ideal choice for you.
Attachments for R-series TMK Tree Shears
All of our most common attachments such as the Collector and Delimber are available for the R-series Tree Shears. The control options for these attachments are extensive and can be tailored to suit your needs and capabilities of the base machine. Up to 360 degree rotation is made possible with rotary oil feedthrough and controlling the chosen attachments can be achieved fully free of wires with the help of our innovative TMK Wireless Kit.
If full 360 degree rotation is not required, the combination can also be assembled without a rotary oil feedthrough or wireless radio control.
NOTE! The R-series rotation currently requires an additional hydraulic circuit to operate.
